Well-being Blog

This is my personal blog.

One of the things that I like to do in life is write. Mostly, I write in a journal in an automatic style; it has been a major stress release and artistic expression for me for as long as I can remember.

My occupation is a well-being coach so the things I write aboout aim to improve others quality of life.

From December 2025, I am writing about all aspects of Eudaimonia – simply as William Faulkner put it, “being better than yourself”. I wrote a Master’s dissertation on it and how it relates to sport performance, and I don’t see how that doesn’t also relate to life outside sport.

I am not going to stick to a regular schedule because that means I’ll rush, I won’t enjoy it, and I’ll make more typos and grammar mistakes than usual.

Writing on eudaimonic wellbeing covers a wide scope of physical, mental, social and spiritual topics. I will write about them. I am passionate about sport and body psychology (I have an MSc in it), so I also write about that. In 2025-2026, I am studying Somatic Movement, Somatic Experiencing, and Sound healing using singing bowls.

If there is enough interest in my writings, I will turn them into workshops, retreats and online courses. I love to create, so even if there is little interest, I may create them anyhow.

Perhaps you may be interested in hiring me to teach you, your friends, your office, sports team or fitness chain. Ill answer all messages as soon as I can.
