Welcome to my Blog! I will be posting regularly on all matters relating to health and fitness and sharing my holistic approach to training for functional fitness with you!

I am a qualified and experienced CHEK trainer and I coach groups and individuals in L.I.F.E.– Lifestyle balance, Intention and mindset, Food and Exercise.

My approach to bodyweight training establishes a solid foundation of movement, and progresses to multi-modality training, utilising the best equipment available that will help you achieve your goals.

I am developing a series of workout programs based around my training methodologies for functional fitness, focusing on mobility and foundational movement and I hope to collate these in downloadable PDFs with photos and video links.

I am also writing a book on holistic fat loss which I hope to publish in due course. Diet and Nutrition form key cornerstones of my approach and philosophy, and my book will address how you can tackle the challenges of losing weight in a sustainable, long-term manner.

As a representative for TRX and Life Fitness in Asia, I also conduct regular certification courses throughout the region.

I hope to post regularly on this Blog and I look forward to any questions you might have. I will also share videos of exercise routines and workouts with you!
