When you don’t have access to a gym with weights, you can take your TRX Suspension Trainer anywhere and work on CrossFit-style progressions and get a fantastic metabolic workout at the same time!

1. Front squat jumps x40

2. Overhead back extension to squat clean & jerk x40

3. TRX modified muscle up

4. TRX lunge burpees x40 each

5. TRX pike crunch x40
