Mindset: Transcend the Podium

“Transcend the Podium” is a mental skill programme that develops athletes’ or performers’ ability to execute excellence under pressure. Transcend the Podium is a mental and life skills programme to empower athletes and high performers to excel under pressure. It is taught in module fashion with videos, activities, resource tests, and customised cohort calls over three phases:
  1. The foundation of well-being, where you learn about yourself, your motivations, and life skills and start learning how to regulate your autonomic nervous system by building your container of safety.
  2. Resilience and team culture: We discuss your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in your individual and team roles. We learn stress intervention techniques to overcome anxiety in competition and start putting together a pre-performance routine and competition plan.
  3. Excellent Execution is what you can learn for executing your physical skills and tactical ability under the pressure of competition. You will learn to review from a personal growth perspective instead of the outcome, as winning is being satisfied with your performance and how well you influenced others to join the sport.
