The Master Trainers completed our training on the Life Fitness Synrgy 360 and Hammer Strength Elite power rack, and refined our ability to teach adults.

Although our days kicked-off at breakfast and finished after dinner, we did get an opportunity to eat out and sightsee parts of Shanghai on our final night.
