HOME GYM WORKOUT- MIXED MODALITY CIRCUIT

This mixed modality workout uses a variety of different equipment and can be scaled according to each individual! It is a good circuit for GPP- General Physical Preparation.

Perform 3 rounds with 2 minutes rest in between.

2x sled push at 125 lbs
4x Turkish getup 12 kg
6x Burpee pullup
8x TRX Rip trainer Samurai strike
10x rope slams
12x wall balls 10kg
14x Dragon Crawls with push-ups
16x Farmers Walk 28kg each hand
