This is a gym-based General Physical Preparation workout, using multi-modalities.
This GPP circuit is gym-based but using equipment that you can use in a home gym.
Part of the fun and challenge is to be creative with multi-modality workouts- use whatever equipment you can find or is available!
– 8x sled pushes 70 kg
– 5x each side land mine lateral jerk
– 4x each side Turkish getup with 16 kg kettle bell
– 8x battlerope slams
– 4x each side oblique slams
– 8x alternate sino wave
– 16x broad jumps
The workout is inspired by Westside Barbell.
