Posture correction is a key topic in my “Good To Great Personal Trainer” series- The Art and Science of Programme design.
Other courses in the series include PT Mastery, Holistic Fat Loss, and the grouping of Flexibility, Stability and Serious Strength which each come with full assessments and their own exercise library.
In addition, I offer sports specific programmes for a range of activities including Surfing, Tennis, Running, Hockey and Surfski.
My aim is to also offer a series of apps that serve as instructional workouts that trainers can utilise!
