Get ready to RIP! We’re rolling out the TRX Rip Trainer in Asia Pacific!

Pete Holman, the inventor of the Rip Trainer, is fun to learn from and speaks from the heart. A group of us were fortunate to have Pete demonstrate the versatility of the Rip Trainer in the amazing setting of Phuket, Thailand. He put us through our paces!

Rip Training uses a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges! It was created originally to meet the needs of combat sport athletes and physical therapists.

The Rip Trainer challenges you in all 3 planes of motion. It can be utilised as a rehabiliation tool, a strength and conditioning tool, and a regenerative tool. Its versatility is staggering.

Rotational force must be produced and controlled in both life and sport. Rip Training provides a simple but effective method for integrating rotational movements into training.

It is an excellent new tool which I will incorporate for the Hong Kong Seagods squad as they train to go faster for the World Dragon Boat championships next summer!
