Excellence Under Pressure

This is a mental and life skills programme that educates, encourages and empowers you to execute excellent performance under pressure. Excellent performance is your personal best, This sports or executive athlete programme is taught in three phases and is organised according to the dimension of eudaimonic well-being (personal growth, meaning and purpose, self-acceptance, social well-being, environmental awareness, autonomy and excellence) and clutch performance (excellent performance or personal best under pressure that success or failure impacts outcome). 

This programme has been developed from my master’s dissertation in Sport and Body Psychology and my 30-plus years of experience as an athlete and coach of recreational, amateur, and professional athletes.
