DYNAMIC WARM UP

This is a Dynamic Warm Up routine which I have developed for sports and physical activity.

A warm up should mimic the sport you are about to play or activity you will engage in. You should get your heart pumping and blood and oxygen flowing, and work up to a slight sweat.

Stretching should only be done after a proper assessment by a trained professional, and tight muscles have been identified. You should stretch only those areas which are tight.

This is a neuromuscular warm up which will fire up your whole system and prepare you for activity!
