I completed 6 rounds, 5 shoulder press, 10 deadlifts and 4 box jumps. This equals 199 (not 184 as quoted at end). Fatigue and mathematics don’t go well together for me!

Please note- stop counting at 7 mins after the 9 jerks (although I did 11) as that is when time runs out.
