Testimonials

If you’re serious about change—physical, mental, professional—and you want a coach who actually understands the complexity of a high-pressure life, go talk to him.

I’m in my early 50s, working in finance—a field that’s demanding, fast-paced, and often all-consuming. I’ve been coaching with Ross for over two years now.

I started coaching with Ross because I reached a point where I realised my physical health wasn’t matching the demands I was putting on myself. I wanted to get stronger, lose weight, improve my cardiovascular fitness, and protect my joints—especially knowing I had years of demanding work ahead. I needed a coach who could actually understand my constraints: frequent travel, unpredictable hours, the kind of stress that creeps into everything. Ross’s style is Adaptive. Evidence-based. Motivating.

I have achieved better fitness, meaningful weight loss, real strength gains. But what’s surprised me most is the ripple effect. My focus at work sharpened. My stress levels dropped noticeably. I’m sleeping better. Goal-setting and execution—which may sound simple—have influenced how I approach both my professional and personal life. That discipline and clarity I’m building in the gym carries into every meeting, every decision, every relationship. In three words its Stronger. Focused. Resilient.

Ross takes a genuinely holistic view. He’s data-driven—monitoring heart rate, HRV, all the metrics that actually matter—but he never loses sight of the person behind the numbers. He’s motivational without being preachy. What really sets him apart is that he understands the constraints and expands the opportunities. He doesn’t hand you a cookie-cutter program; he tailors everything to fit your reality. In a world of one-size-fits-all, that is rare.

If you’re an older professional—someone in your 40s, 50s, and beyond—dealing with a high-stress job and realising your physical and mental health need attention, Ross is your person. He’s especially valuable if you travel, have an unpredictable schedule, or have tried fitness approaches that didn’t stick because they didn’t account for your actual life. He’s also great if you care about the why behind what you’re doing—not just reps and sets, but understanding your body, your stress levels, your progress.

Performance & Wellness Coach.  Something that captures that he’s not just about getting you fit; he’s about optimising your whole life.

Two years in, I’m still excited about sessions with Ross. That says something. He’s invested in your success, not just your attendance. If you’re serious about change—physical, mental, professional—and you want a coach who actually understands the complexity of a high-pressure life, go talk to him.
