Barefoot Running conditioning series Part 3- Hamstring Runner rounds out the series of exercises designed specifically for barefoot running. We end with a Cool Down sequence.
Hamstring Runner– double float prior to impact- I demonstrate an exercise that trains the hamstrings in an open chain movement pattern. This movement prepares the legs for initial impact and closes the conditioning series for the gait cycle.
Cool Down sequence- essential after any activity, make sure you take the time to cool down and stretch where necessary.
I demonstrate 5 general stretches to perform as a cool down routine to be performed specifically after running.
