I’ve arrived in Bali a few days before the Retreat to ensure final preparations are made and everything will run smoothly for our guests!
Food is energy, food is life… Diet and Nutrition form a key pillar of our Retreat. I spent many hours creating customised menus for the week ahead, and trying out some of the wonderful organic restaurants on the island!
