BALI RETREAT- PREPARATION!

I am in Bali. Yeeeehaaaa! My dream of hosting my own health and fitness Retreat has come true!

I’ve arrived in Bali a few days before the Retreat to ensure final preparations are made and everything will run smoothly for our guests!

 

Food is energy, food is life… Diet and Nutrition form a key pillar of our Retreat. I spent many hours creating customised menus for the week ahead, and trying out some of the wonderful organic restaurants on the island!

Here’s a sneak peak of what’s in store on Day 1!

It’s not all about exercise and physical activity, nor even diet and nutrition. Meditation, quiet periods for reflection, opportunities for personal growth and a break from usual routine are absolutely key.
