BALI RETREAT (PART 2)

The amazing retreat in Bali continued with several challenging activities and experiences that most of our clients had never tried before!

Day Three involved a CrossFit WOD, handstand practice, and Parkour… just to start with! We contrasted the high intensity of the morning session with self-reflection and massage in the afternoon, and ending with Qi Gong as the sun set on the famous temple at Tanah Lot.

Day Four of our Bali Retreat continued with an unexpected surprise for our guests… a true treetops adventure! Learning to face and conquer one’s fears- whether it’s taking a leap of faith by swinging on a vine and leaping on to a cargo net, or riding high and fast on a zip line- was exhilarating and rewarding!

The day ended (and the evening began) with a beautiful fire ceremony, made all the more special by the Full Moon. A few hours of rest took us straight into the final day of the Retreat, with a very early morning start to give us enough time to climb the highest mountain in Bali!

To Be Continued!
