APPS SNEAK PEEK- 5 ANIMAL FITNESS!

Here’s another sneak peek at our app development process. The “5 Animal Fitness” programming forms the basis of my approach to functional fitness. We will launch first a series of bodyweight training apps, focusing on mobility initially and then progressing to resistance exercises and high intensity interval training workouts!

5 Animal Fitness

Our flagship bodyweight app is the “5 Animal Fitness” program. This is a challenging, progressive program over 90 days that builds on dominant movement patterns.

We are experimenting with the design and user interface, I think our app developers found a photo of me performing my best Monkey impression!

Our “5 Animal Mobility” app provides dynamic movement routines, flexibility stretches, postural exercises, yoga and balance poses, and fundamental infant crawling patterns to help you get your mobility in shape to prevent and minimise injury and enhance performance!
