TRX TRIATHLON TRAINING CIRCUIT

This video shows a 15 minute circuit designed for triathletes using a TRX suspension trainer.

Aim for 8-12 reps, perform 1-3 circuits 1-3x per week for 4-6 weeks.

Exercises- crossing balance lunge, high row, chest press, sprint start, shoulder cuff “W”, torso twist, hamstring bicycle, mountain climbers.
