I’ve had a lot of friends, clients and colleagues asking me about my recent Blog posts relating to my upcoming apps. Our series of apps will have something for everyone, from standalone workouts you can do anytime, anywhere, to High Intensity Interval Training for metabolic conditioning, and my full 90-day program for Health, Fitness and Performance!
We wrapped up filming our video and still photo footage in February and the time-consuming process of sifting through the footage starts now.
We ended up with more than 5,000 individual still photos and several hours of video clips! Once we nail down the best photos and videos, they will be edited to the highest standards.
When the editing process is complete, we will have a library of more than 300 individual exercises, ranging from bodyweight training, high intensity movements, yoga and balance poses, and a host of multi-modality exercises utilising equipment such as the TRX Suspension Trainer, the Life Fitness Synrgy 360, kettle bells, medicine balls, and more!
