I presented on Crystal Kwok’s RTHK3 radio programme, Kwok Talk, on what it takes to achieve sustainable and holistic fat loss! We recorded the segment on video!
The body was made to bend, squat, lunge and also to push, pull and twist. Perform these movements for mobility, heart rate and muscle tone. They will keep you functional and in good physical shape.
An important part of movement is to restore posture and realign imbalances to ensure that movement is done with proper joint alignment and efficiency.
