My new app Bodyweight Ninja is now available on the App Store for iPhones! The app contains a series of bodyweight programs for health, fitness and performance, including dynamic warm ups and routines for movement, mobility and strength. There are specific workouts designed especially for runners and a special burpees conditioning workout.
Bodyweight Ninja comes with three FREE workouts- a dynamic warm up, a flexibility and mobility routine and a sequence of Yoga asanas for improving your balance and stability.
In addition, there are specific programs for strength and resistance training, whole body workouts, a special conditioning program designed for runners, and regression exercises for helping you master burpees!
The user interface is designed to be clean and simple, and easy to navigate.
All exercises and movements are performed by me, demonstrating the correct form and technique.
There are high quality video clips for each exercise, and an explanation of the rationale and benefits for each movement.
Each exercise is also accompanied by high quality still photo sequences and detailed instructions to help you perform each movement safely and effectively.
The photos and written instructions can be accessed in Offline Mode when you are unable to access the internet for video streaming, so you can still perform the workouts anywhere!
