The Fitness & Wellness Immersion Retreat in Bali in June I hosted was a 5-Day exploration in exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset! Each day was based around a different theme which was reflected through the day’s activities and surroundings.
Day One was a sensational start to our Retreat with perfect weather in Bali. We explored the “Journey of Man’s Movement” workout on the beach and took to the sea for some Stand Up Paddling! The afternoon was spent understanding diet and blood sugar, and the impact on our overall health.
Day Two was action-packed with white water rafting, and talks on diet and nutrition. While the physical aspect is important, this Retreat is about much more than just physical activity as I have sought to balance various aspects of life in a holistic fashion.
