Qi Tao- 5 Palms Qi Gong series- this short video will take you through this routine with traditions that date back thousands of years!

Perform all the movement patterns 5 times on each side, in time with your breathing.

At a slower pace, you circulate more “Qi” around the body or a particular organ.
